- A minimum of 85 items and a maximum of 150. Of the 85-item minimum, 15 are unscored pretest items.
- What score do you need to pass the NCLEX-RN?
- There is no percentage. Testing stops once the computer is 95% certain your ability is above or below the standard.
- How is the NCLEX-RN graded?
- On an ability estimate on a logit scale, not on percentage correct. Each item is chosen from your prior answers.
